We loved the property a lot but there was a few issues.
The light above the shower in main bedroom bathroom was strobing, the tub was clogged, there was hair in the bottom of the tub. There was alot of dust on all the walls. The back sliding door did not open very well at all.

Loved the location, amenities, access to the lake, comfort of the relaxed atmosphere over a hotel any day. Lots to do on the property and seen a ton of wild life while we were there. Front row seats to the Silverdollar city fireworks show every night!!
Front door less than secure. The door handle did not latch, had to rely on the dead bolt but with a little maintenance it could be corrected. I would probably pick the top floor next time. First night there were kids above us running and jumping. First couple nights, despite signs posted a neighbor was smoking on the back deck so couldn’t really enjoy the balcony. Few listed could not be helped by the host so they did great!!

The location was great for every where we wanted to go. This is one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever rented. Your cleaning staff certainly pays attention to details no dust, bathrooms were clean and when we arrived, we were able to use the pool prior to check in. We arrived around 2:00ish and had fun in the pool which by the way was also very clean, and then was allowed to enter the property about 1 hour early which was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be checking availability of this condo on my future visits to Branson.
The doors to the washer and dryer area rubbed against the floor n were hard to open. I tried to slightly lift up on them, didn’t want to scratch the floor however the floor already showed markings on it.
