It was clean and had a good view. Host was responsive and accomodating. I actually booked for 4 and inly ended up with 2 people staying. I could have just booked for 2 instead and advised that the other 2 just visited.
The elevators had a problem. This is a building issue though.

It was a smooth checkin, clean, has easy access to any mode of transportation, mall and restaurants. It was a great stay. I'd definitely refer this property to my family and friends.
I don't have something to say I don't like in this property.

Only 200 per hour extension rate. Good location & outside view. Basic needs are covered. Accommodating owner. Affordable price. We'll choose to book this again, next time we have to stay around Araneta.
The unit is not that spacious, just enough room for one to four people. The interior design is also simple. The cleanliness is decent but of course not hotel-level clean. Still better than other accommodations where the staff are rude or the rooms smell cigarettes.

Araneta center cubao エリアでも特に明るく人通りがあって、スーパーやコンビニも同じブロックにあり、女性の一人旅でも安心、安全でした。レセプションには常時スタッフがいて、非常に感じの良い方々でした。whatsapp上のやり取りしかありませんでしたが、オーナーさんも感じの良い方です。
1週間の滞在だったので、ホテルよりキッチン付きが良いと思ってAirbnbにしました。キッチンは浄水器付きで、ミネラルウォーターを買わなくてよいのは良かったです。コーヒードリッパーやお茶を入れるためのポットがあるとなお良かったです。
トイレットペーパーが切れていたり、イスが壊れていたり、ホットシャワーが出なかったりしました。whatsappでオーナーに連絡したところ、部屋を変更したり、caretakerを通じて対応してくれましたが、それらに対応する手間と時間が必要でした。完璧を求めすぎてはいけませんが、スケジュールがタイトな方には煩わしいかもしれません。
