I recently stay at this unit during my trip to Manila and had a generally good experience. The location is excellent - Just 5 minit walk to New Frontier Theater, which is perfect for concertgoers. It's also conveniently near a mall and convenience store, making it easy to grab food and essentials. The unit is clean and have enough cooking appliances. The guy that assist us named Bryan was really nice. He showed us where we can withdraw money and asked to contact him incase we need anything.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences. The dustbin provided by the host was quiet small, which was challenging since we are most of our meals at the homestay and had a lot of trash to dispose of. Additionally, the shower soap ran out on the day we checked out, so it would be great if extra supplies were provided in advance.
