The apartment is great, very clean and well equipped, close to public transport and supermarkets. Luca and Daniela are great hosts, very kind and welcoming. We appreciated all of their good recommendations for our stay. If we come back to Rome, we will definitely book again.

Location
Very wonderful and convenient. I was able to push my small luggages from the Roma Trastevere station (15 mins). Without luggages, it is an 8 minute walk. The apartment was in a quieter neighborhood in Trastevere but still walkable to all the good restaurants and bars. If you do not like to walk, there is tram no. 8 and bus no. 8 that are steps away from the apartment, which goes straight into downtown. Also, Conad and Todis (supermarkets) are 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. The Testaccio Market (outdoor market) is 15 min walk, just across the river.

As described in the description and the photos. Very clean. The host does the cleaning herself. She makes sure you have a wonderful place to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Washer machine is in the bathroom. Apartment is on the 4th floor but the building has an elevator. There was an A/C unit in every room. I am from USA (no phone/sim) so I appreciated that there is a building code and a physical key for this apartment. Most places expect you to use an app to unlock the doors.
P.S. An apartment that can fit 6 people, has 2 bathrooms, and elevator is pretty rare.
Host
Daniella and Luca are very great people. They live in the same building so if you need anything you could contact them. The hosts meet you at check-in to take down your IDs and to collect the city tax. I peferred this method over the submitting my information to a government app online. They are very accommodating; I was able to drop off my bags as soon as the previous person checked out. At check-in, Daniella gave me an information session about Rome (much appreciated). You do not have to worry if you think you cannot remember everything. She has an information binder for you with all the details and maps.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Era muy acogedor y todo estaba nuevo. Tenia todo lo necesario. Las camas eran muy comodas. Los dueรฑos con recibieron de forma muy amable y nos dierin muchas indicaciones q nos fueron de gran ayuda. Un lugar perfecto para alojarse en Roma
