Exceptional service beyond expectations! We stayed at this hotel before our cruise and were absolutely blown away by the level of care. I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush after we had already checked out and were at the Istanbul cruise terminal. I called the hotel in a panic, and without hesitation, a staff member personally drove to the terminal to deliver one to me — completely free of charge and with a smile! This is the kind of genuine hospitality that you rarely find anywhere. The room was spotless, the breakfast delicious, but it’s the people who truly make this place special. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into such a ⭐A hotel that truly cares about its guests I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The room was immaculate, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop views of the city were breathtaking. But what sets this place apart is the extraordinary staff. Here’s what happened: we checked out in the morning and headed to the Istanbul cruise terminal to board our ship. It was only when we were already at the terminal that I realized I had left my toothbrush back at the hotel. It sounds like a small thing, but with a long cruise ahead of us, it was a real inconvenience. I called the hotel, half-expecting them to simply apologize. Instead, the receptionist immediately said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Within 30 minutes, a staff member arrived at the cruise terminal — in person! — holding not just a toothbrush, but a complete dental kit, beautifully wrapped and with a handwritten note wishing us a wonderful voyage. I was speechless. They refused any tip and simply said, “Enjoy your cruise.” This is not just customer service; this is genuine Turkish hospitality at its finest. They went far above and beyond what anyone could expect.

Very nice hotel in Izmir. Staff were really helpful and the room was spacious and very clean, we loved it. We really appreciated the private parking as it is really hard to find a place outside.

The location was great, near the tram, restaurants, shops, mini mart. Walking distance to Galata tower. The staff, especially Emre was super helpful and friendly.

I wish breakfast, even just baked goods (muffins, croissants, was included. They had coffee and small cookies but not enough to last you until lunch.
