Cleanliness was good it was a value to money. Moreover, it's safe for families.
It was my 2nd visit here and 3 things i faced here this time. I was given Room#2. 1st was the AC of the room wasn't good enough which i complained to the caretaker but he said that keep AC at 16 degree, 2nd thing that no drinking water was provided in the room as compared to my last visit and when i asked for the water at night, they charged me for that despite getting knowing that i wasn't provided with water upon check-in. 3rd thing was i was instructed to arrive at the rest house after 2 PM while booking.com clearly mentions the check-in time of 12 PM. However, i arrived there as per the convenience and then asked them that if i can check-out next day around 1 PM? The night shift guy agreed but later next day at 1145 AM, the same guy requested me to check-out. I was shocked and told him that last night i asked for the checkout time to be 1 PM if there is no other booking and you agreed but he refused (maybe he forgot or what). However, i packed my stuff and left the hotel within 45 minutes but this thing embarrassed me because if there was no provision then the commitment shouldn't have been made or if made then there was no need to break it. Maybe all this was due to some miscommunication. Otherwise the staff was good and cooperative. I would recommend the place but the issues should be addressed as i had high expectations after my 1st visit.

Location was good near the motorway while the breakfast was just ok.

The location was convenient and in a good neighborhood. The place was quiet, clean, and had a nice view. Wi-Fi worked well during the stay. Parking is available; it’s in an open area just outside the gated property, but the whole place is covered by CCTV which was reassuring. The G-13 Markaz is only about a 3-minute drive away, making it easy to access shops and food.
The staff were polite and helpful. The TV cable channels were also very good with clear reception. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day; egg, paratha, and tea.
Specific to Room #7 (first room on the right on the 1st floor): the bed sheet, pillow covers, and quilt cover did not seem freshly changed and appeared to have just been straightened after the previous stay. The bed sheet had a few stains, though I had my own sheets and covers so I managed.
The room also lacks a proper wall-side table; the one provided is a small circular table and not very functional. The ceiling fan operates only at high speed and does not work at lower speed settings. The AC seemed to be in good condition overall, but the sound it makes suggests the filter may need servicing.
There are a couple of small wall hangings/sceneries in the room that are not fixed properly and tilt noticeably.
In the washroom, the hanging hooks on the back of the door are placed very high (near the top of a ~7-foot door), which might be inconvenient for shorter guests. The head shower appears somewhat clogged; with hot water the stream barely falls properly, making it less convenient to use. There is also no bucket or bowl available if someone prefers using the tap.
Additionally, the wall-mounted soap tray did not appear to have been cleaned for several guests’ use and had a buildup of old soap residue.
