Fantastic accommodation. Perfect location, adjacent to Vatican City & a walk away from all the other tourist sites in Rome. Exceptional service from Management team & brilliant communication before & throughout our stay. We were on the first floor & there was a lift if we needed it so suitable for everyone. We loved the keyless entry- no fumbling for keys & remembering to bring them with us when leaving. Would definitely recommend to other travellers visiting Rome. It was SUPER.
We have nothing negative to say. Everything was PERFECT.

Room clean and well designed. Location near Vatican Museum and near a metro station was excellent.
There was no one at reception upon arrival; one of the managers (who were very kind though) only came to see me three days after my arrival.
Communication was conducted via email, and messages were only sent in Italian; I had to request an English translation.
A few simple touches, such as a bottle of water in the refrigerator, would have been appreciated.
