The house was a decent stay. It needed more lighting in the rooms. Also hot water ran out for shower. Being an Air B&B in needs some updates, like wall painted and sheet rock, curtains and windows maintenance, pictures on line didn't match what was there. I also small bugs that look like roaches were in the bathroom. Also yard maintenance. There were accidents waiting to happen. We are of a older in age someone could've fallen.
We wanted to give a headups before an accident do happen. Please don't over look this.
That the host was very helpful when I call to asked questions and allow us to check-in at a early time. Also all the rooms had king size beds that smell good and clean. Kudos to the cleaning lady who did a great job so quickly.

The location is perfect for tourists as it is very nearby touristy spots in Atlanta. The road is very busy though so it can get noisy at night. But, you get the perfect city feel. The price is also very affordable as it can accommodate more people.
It is an old house. There are non-working door locks but the place is clean.

First I'd like to point out that the host was very responsive; this is always very important to me. The property is very well maintained and felt safe. It can get noisy during evening rush hour from cars or ambulances since the house sits near an intersection but quiet for the most part and Sunday was very quiet. There's tons of food options nearby and plenty of private parking! There's tons of space in and outside and lunch out on the back deck on a partly sunny November day was great!
