Beautiful apartment, perfect communication

It was very clean and tidy. It’s a beautiful apartment and perfect located. The communication with the host was more than excellent, it was all very clear & friendly, also during the stay. We also got a welcome box with all kind of breakfast items, just so friendly. Next to that; it’s a perfect place for visiting Madrid. We highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay – the apartment was clean, well-equipped, perfectly located

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. What impressed me the most was the communication before arrival – I received full, detailed instructions about the property, how to collect the keys, and even how to access the garage. I’ve stayed in many places before, but I have never received such clear and thoughtful information from any other accommodation. Highly recommended! 🌟

Great base to relax, but easy links into Madrid on the metro.

Easy walk to the metro and could walk to shops and lagoons. Full kitchen so good for self catering, but several restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. Sun terrace with dining and lounging areas.

Swimming pool looked lovely, but not open until 15th June despite temperatures in the mid 30s. The owner found us an alternate pool to use so couldn't have done more to help.

Good location

Good location, clean and everything you needed

We could not get the air con to work, given it was 28 degrees it was rather warm I contacted the owner, they replied that there were no other complaints in the block. I’m not sure if it was something we were not doing but it would not kick in either room

La atención de los anfitriones, nos explicaron todo súper claro con antelación y estuvieron muy pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuese ideal.

Pocas quejas! por poner algo… el secador de pelo podría sustituirse, a los pocos minutos se calienta y se apaga. por lo demás todo perfecto.

El apartamento está estupendo. Muy cómodo distribuido, la terraza es un plus, y Mónica te deja un kit de desayuno fantástico en el que casi no tienes ni que pensar en esa parte del día. Está muy bien ubicado, la zona es perfecta tienes mucha variedad de restaurantes cerca, un par de centros comerciales a los que puedes ir andando y lo más importante tienes la parada de metro al lado, en 50 minutos te plantas en pleno centro de Madrid. Sin duda es un alojamiento al que volver si viajo de nuevo a la capital.

Lo único que mejoraría es el sofá-cama, ya que para dormir un adulto resulta un pelín incómodo
