На 50 метра има фурна с чудесни закуски, пресен хляб и домашни сладкиши. 3 ресторантчета с типична гръцка кухня на много добри цени. И пеша се стига до туристическия център за 20 минути.

The apartment was very clean, very spacious and very lovely terrace area that can be an extended lounge. 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, allows for a lot of freedom. Has both a bathtub and a shower. Can easily fit a group of 5 people. Facilities and appliances were all very functional. The Air condition units were a life saver! Very powerful and kept cool. Very professional and well communicative team. Not far from supermarkets and grocery stores. Nice calm neighbourhood with a homely residential aspect. Not far from the metro either. Taxi drivers would easily find it. I highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Athens, fantastic value for money!
Everything was to our liking. No specific negative thing to note. Happy with the stay!

Easy to find, with flexible self check-in via a key box.
Located in the lively Keramikos neighborhood, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, yet the apartment is remarkably quiet.
Having two bathrooms was a real advantage for our family, and we loved that each bedroom had its own balcony. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the evenings.
Most of downtown Athens is within a 30-minute walk. A wonderful place to stay : we highly recommend it and would happily return. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Nick el anfitrión es muy amable y estuvo a disposición siempre, le escribimos sobre las 23:00 porque no teniamos agua caliente y nos respondió rápidamente. Tenía una terraza preciosa para estar.
El apartamento está bien, pero tiene muchas cosas a mejorar en cuanto a mantenimiento y preparación para la llegada de huéspedes. Por ejemplo, el edificio donde se ubica no es agradable, el apartamento no esta completo, no tiene aire acondicionado en todas los dormitorios, no hay elementos básicos para cocinar (sal, azúcar, aceite), tampoco hay repasadores o papel de cocina para secarse (al menos) las manos al momento de cocinar. El lavavajillas no funciona. Además algunos utensilios no estaban bien limpios, y la bañera del baño de arriba no tenía una higiene adecuada. Tampoco había jabón para las manos en ninguno de los baños. A lo largo de nuestra corta estadía, encontramos varias cucarachas, de todos los tamaños.
El apartamento tiene mucho potencial y muchas cosas que mejorar.
