The people who work at Longoza Ecolodge are incredibly sweet. They made our stay incredible. Also the location is amazing. We will definitely recommend this place.

Proximity to Analamazaotra Reserve, fab bungalow, wonderfully helpful and professional staff.
We had trouble with the electric door not locking. It was surprising to have such a high tech door locking system to be honest. A traditional key would have been fine.

Longoza is in a pleasant setting and the staff were helpful and friendly.
To access the cabin we had to go up a flight of stairs with no handrail and we felt very unsafe. It was enough to stop us going out an extra time for breakfast.
Many of the paths were very uneven.
We had dinner at the restaurant as we had no other option and it was outdoors and very cold. They did put on a heater that gave minimal relief and a blanket. The meal was very basic and poor standard.
The room had no heating and only a doona with no extra blankets. There was no phone and we couldn't manage the steps in the dark and the office would have been closed. We were cold all night.
There was mould in the shower.
Facilities in the room were basic at best.
