The staff were all helpful. The main dining room was nice, although the lighting left room for improvement. My room was very small and basic. The bathroom lacked curtains and there was jo mosquito net over my bed, so I was at the mercy of nozzles flying in at night to feast on me. One night there was no hot water, regardless of a staff member trying to fix it. Hot water resumed the following morning. The drive (200 metres long) was very bumpy and poorly maintained, and the signage for the hotel looked like it was created by a 5 year old in art class 😅

very nice accommodation! With nice and friendly staff in every department. Not everyone spoke clear English but that is never a trouble! They make everything possible for smooth communication and so we used translator as well. French they do speak very good. The food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, top top. 100% recommended

So this wasn't my first option as a place to stay but I am glad I ended up here. The staff is very helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice. It is not as modern and hotels closer to the main city, but when you are out in the forests of Lemur land, this is pretty good. I will definitely come back

6 / 10

The property had a lovely setting with nice grounds and a swimming pool. The staff were friendly and did their level best but sometimes the service was chaotic. A big group arrived and we received our soup starter 2 mins after the main course was served. Also the coffee was cold on at least three occasions. The showers were a mere trickle and the water was ofter cold. The staff were hospitable and the property was very reasonably priced.
