Bad acommodation with terrible management

I liked the fact they sent the cleaner who knows nothing about air conditioning to convince me it's working.

AC was not working, it's just a fan with zero cold air coming out. Had to sleep with windows open and enjoy noise from busy Arrecife streets and mosquitoes. Just to point out one more time as these people are lying about some independant inspections: THE AC UNIT DID NOT BLOW ANY COLD AIR!

Clean, comfortable, convenient with excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at Vita Home. The accommodation is fresh, modern and ideally located in the centre of Arrecife. We also paid for the parking, which is a real bonus if you’re staying in the city centre. The customer service was second to none. I needed to attend an online business meeting after check-out, and the team kindly allowed me to use one of their breakout spaces, which I really appreciated. A special mention to Kady, who was absolutely delightful, incredibly helpful and really knows the meaning of excellent customer service. A great place to stay in Arrecife- we will definitely be back!

Uno de los mejores apartamentos donde hemos estado. Ubicación inmejorable, calle céntrica pero tranquila, con el charco de san Ginés a menos de 10 min andando al igual que la playa. El apartamento es muy bonito, grande y con todo lo necesario para pasar tu estancia, además todo estaba muy nuevo o muy bien cuidado! Además el check in es super fácil y cómodo con los códigos que te dan. Os lo recomiendo absolutamente!

Las almohadas eran demasiado bajas para mi gusto.
