Never again would we stay here

The property itself internally was nice. That’s the only positive comment I could make

We were informed prior to travel about some potential building work in the complex. When we asked specific questions they were very vague with their replies. We now know why. When we got there the whole block apart from 2 apartments were having full refurbishments. We were only ever told the apartment adjoined to ours was not affected and that the other two apartments were having Bathroom refurbishments only. Had the management company been upfront and truthful we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere We have now asked booking.com to intervene to get a refund has we ended up having to check out less than 24 hours having checked in due to construction work

Unacceptable Conditions and Lack of Accountability

Location was good We left the apartment early and made alternative arrangements for the remainder of our trip.

We were forced to leave this apartment after 3 days out of a 10-day booking due to extremely loud construction noise in the building, which was not disclosed before booking. The property was not as advertised and was not suitable for a stay. The handling of the situation was very poor — communication was slow, we had to repeatedly follow up, and responsibility was avoided. Despite providing evidence and being forced to check out early, only partial compensation was offered. Unacceptable experience. Would not recommend.

Great location, alertement is great all on one level and fantastic balcony. The management company couldn’t have been more helpful when the wifi went down with the weather

Lovely, spacious apartment with an excellent location

The location was excellent. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. It was well decorated and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We really enjoyed the apartment and terrace
