The location is calm, the room has everything, the Ac and wifi word well, and the potato curry is delicious! Honestly, this is a wonderful place to stay. The lady is very nice, and very kind. Best place in Sri Lanka!

The "villa" is conveniently located in proximity to the airport but quiet, due to its location in the lagoon.
We could check-in rather late, which was important for us.
Towels were not provided, but I believe this was a mistake. I had to search for towels in the house by myself (and I found them) because the housekeepers were going to bed after our late check-in - understandibly.
The family room was rather basic and the balcony was too small to place a chair on.
The garden didn't seem well maintained.
The breakfast place in the central area and the cental kitchen area itself were also not very inviting.
Maybe, all of this experience was because it was the low season when we came. It looks better on the photos and the name "Eco Rich Villa" promised more than we experienced.
