Experiencia absolutamente decepcionante. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

No me gustó nada

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido, sinceramente, una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. Hemos pagado dos noches y han sido dos noches realmente desagradables, hasta el punto de que descansar y disfrutar del alojamiento ha sido prácticamente imposible. El apartamento está situado en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, por lo que hay que subir todas las escaleras andando con el equipaje. Esto, por sí solo, no sería un problema si el resto de las condiciones fueran adecuadas, pero desgraciadamente no ha sido así. Durante nuestra estancia, la luz se iba continuamente. De las 48 horas que estuvimos en el alojamiento, pasamos más de la mitad sufriendo apagones. Esto suponía no poder cargar los teléfonos, no disponer de frigorífico y tener que estar continuamente pendientes de si volvía o no la electricidad. Es una situación totalmente inaceptable para un alojamiento turístico. Además, el agua salía con una presión mínima, hasta el punto de que ducharse era prácticamente imposible. El baño tampoco dispone de una cortina o elemento adecuado para evitar que el agua salga de la ducha, por lo que al ducharte se moja prácticamente todo el baño. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente: apenas enfriaba y además goteaba, lo que hacía todavía más incómoda la estancia. Por la noche era imposible descansar bien, ya que el calor, los problemas eléctricos y el mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado provocaban que nos despertáramos continuamente. Lo más decepcionante, además de las condiciones del alojamiento, ha sido la atención recibida cuando comunicamos todos estos problemas. Intentamos informar de la situación y pedir una solución, pero la persona responsable no mostró una respuesta adecuada ni se hizo cargo realmente de los problemas que estábamos teniendo. Nos sentimos completamente desatendidos.
