Logement très propre. La cuisine partagée est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire, et même machine à laver, lave vaisselle. Accès à une terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Petit parking pour se garer. Accès facile avec boîte à clés. Très réactifs.

Difficile de fermer les portes des chambres sans faire de bruit donc si les co locataires ne sont pas respectueux, ça peut être un souci. Idem pour les espaces communs partagés.

Gli ambienti sono ampi, luminosissimi e arredati con grande gusto e cura dei dettagli. Si nota subito l'attenzione per l'ospite: letti comodissimi, ambienti profumati e una pulizia impeccabile in ogni angolo. La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort necessario: lavanderia e e cucina super equipaggiata e spazi comuni ben curati e un bellissimo terrazzo con vista sull’oceano. Ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, ma al tempo stesso immersa nella tranquillità.

Twee handdoeken voor 5 nachten is voor ons onvoldoende. De badkamer en toilet en keuken waren niet bij elkaar. Ook kraakte veel deuren.

Kitchen is well equipped and most of the common rooms are really nice. The garden is cozy and the top terrace has a really nice view. Spacious and well cleaned bathroom.

I always leave sincere reviews, and I want to make it clear that most of this review isn't really directed at the owner. Communication with the owner was good, and I believe the biggest issue is the property management company. Lanzarote Vacation Homes, company that manages this property introduces themselves as ''available for anything you need," but in reality that couldn't have been further from our experience. Whenever we needed even basic assistance—such as fresh towels during a longer stay, or help communicating with a local shop that didn't speak English—we received long, generic responses explaining why, because of the volume of business they couldn’t help. The replies felt more like AI-generated templates than genuine customer support. It felt as though the priority was explaining why they couldn't assist, rather than actually trying to help. There were also a few practical issues that should be easy to fix. The padlocks on the main gate all have faded labels from years in the sun, making it impossible to tell which one belongs to your property. Guests have to try the combination on all six locks before finding the correct one. The Wi-Fi signal is also extremely weak in the rooms furthest from the router, making it unreliable there. Finally, the lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult. It’s alright when you leave the windows open but be prepared to fight the cockroaches the next day. Getting a comfortable night's sleep was a challenge. Alessandro, I'm writing this review as a home owner myself and a house like this deserves more attention. The house itself has a lot of potential, and I genuinely think most of these issues are fixable. My hope is that you reconsider the management company, because they are ultimately the reason an otherwise enjoyable stay deserves a lower rating.
