L’appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione, vicino a ristoranti e negozi. La spiaggia si trova a poche centinaia di metri ed è molto bella. C’è la possibilità di affittare ombrelloni e lettini ed è presente un beach bar.
L’appartamento è bello, pulito e fornito di tutto (ombrellone spiaggia, asciugamani, prodotti per la lavatrice,…). Molto apprezzata l’acqua e la birra già fresche in frigo.
Bel balcone dove poter mangiare e godersi la vista sul mare.
La responsabile Alexandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
Buon punto di partenza per visitare il sud dell’isola.
Non ha influenzato negativamente la nostra vacanza ma è giusto dire che le parti comuni del palazzo necessiterebbero di una sistemata.

Sehr gute Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung.

Renovierte Wohnung, aber rostige und klebrige Türklinke!
Grosszügige, saubere, moderne, frisch renovierte Dusche, aber rostige Handtuchhalter!
Kaffeemaschine von guter Qualität, aber leider mit Wasserleck! Füllt man mehr Wasser in den Wasserbehälter als gerade für den Kaffee benötigt, läuft das Wasser in wenigen Stunden aus und man kann aufwischen.
Leider waren die Batterien für Wanduhr und Fernbedienungen für Fernseher sowie für die Klimaanlage entweder leer oder nicht vorhanden!

El apartamento es perfecto. Cómodo, coqueto, bien ubicado, limpio, la localización, no es un sitio ruidoso.
Las zonas comunes del complejo están bastante descuidadas. Hay zonas donde existen barreras arquitectónicas para llegar/salir del alojamiento.

L'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e pulito. Host gentile e attenta alle richieste. Gradita la presenza dei prodotti per igiene personale e detersivo per lavatrice. La posiziine comoda x accedere al mare. Dimensioni appartamento ok e bello il balcone.
Lo stabile ha bisogno di più manutenzione. La vista del mare dal balcone purtroppo è parziale, peccato!!!
