Normalmente non scrivo recensioni molto lunghe, ma su questo appartamento vale la pena dire qualcosa più del solito. L'appartamento si trova in un lussuoso grattacielo, credo il più alto di Malaga, dotato di tutti i servizi più esclusivi. Il posto auto, che si trova in un garage coperto, è collegato da ascensore direttamente all'appartamento. La piscina e la terrazza del grattacielo sono eccezionali, la vista è incredibile ed è tutto molto pulito. C'è anche una palestra, una sala giochi per bambini e una sala coworking. Ad ogni ambiente si accede con una card ed inoltre c'è del personale di sorveglianza, gentile e disponibile. Quindi la sicurezza è garantita . Anche all'ingresso del palazzo c'è un portiere.
Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento il primo aspetto da sottolineare è la pulizia, che definire eccellente, forse è poco. E' dotato di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, una splendida terrazza arredata, tostapane, bollitore, kit di benvenuto. Non mi viene in mente niente che mancasse. L'arredamento è nuovo.
Veniamo ora all'host. Javier ha avuto con noi i contatti via WA. Gli avevamo dato un orario di arrivo, che però non abbiamo potuto rispettare per un problema con la macchina a noleggio. Suo padre, incaricato di aprirci, ci ha aspettato per 2 ore. Quando lo abbiamo incontrato, ci siamo scusati ma lui non ci ha fatto pesare il nostro ritardo, ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c'è da sapere della casa, sorridente e gentile.
La posizione è buona, per arrivare in centro ci vogliono 10/15 di passeggiata sul piano. Se invece si preferisce il taxi al massimo sono 5€. Di fronte all'abitazione, collocata in un tranquillo e sicuro quartiere residenziale c'è un grande supermercato. Noi eravamo una famiglia di 4 persone.
Quindi concludendo, mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento perchè è perfetto. Una delle migliori prenotazioni fatte negli anni. Speriamo di tornarci presto.

The apartment was excellent and spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly helpful and always just a text or phone call away whenever we needed anything.
I stayed here with my teenagers, and they really enjoyed it too, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We’re already hoping to stay here again in the future!

Todo fenomenal, limpieza, apartamento nuevo con todas las comodidades, anfitriones pendientes y el trato fenomenal. Colchones muy cómodos, baños generales. La ubicación no está en el centro, pero se puede ir andando y la tranquilidad y seguridad del apartamento muy bien.
Volveremos.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Málaga! Maria and Javi were such kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They kindly let us check out late, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
The setup of the property was perfect. We had our own space to relax and unwind, great facilities to cook, and a lovely large balcony, which created a really comfortable atmosphere. The facilities were excellent; we used the pool most days, and also sat up on the terrace most evenings, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out.
Maria and Javi were always on hand to offer help, advice, and recommendations for exploring Málaga, from local restaurants and bars to places worth visiting. Their knowledge of the area really helped us make the most of our stay.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and great connections for getting around Málaga and the surrounding areas.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Málaga. Thanks again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately, there were no sun loungers for the pool.
