Beautiful outlook and location. The pool was a bonus for the family.
Juat a couple of minor things, (ie. BBQ not cleaned thoroughly ) which didn't detract from the overall positive experience . The house was spacious, light ,comfortable and nicely decorated.

Location was outstanding, walking distance to central Mandurah along the estuary, lovely view of the park & waterways.
The kitchen layout was awkward. Not enough tea towels for an 8 day stay.

Location, location, location, great views and walking paths just across the road. Loved the large size of the house. The pool was amazing. Loved the upstairs bath. The aircon works fast, which was needed as the house was very hot and unpleasant to walk into on arrival. I loved that the house was not only dog friendly, but also had dog bowls inside and outside the house, great little touch.
The single beds were smaller than expected and therefore the teenagers had their feet hanging over the edge. Although we went above the cleaning requirements and took all towels and tea towels (from bottle and top floors) to the laundry, saving the cleaners time and effect to collect them, we did forget to place the bins on the side of the road (30 second job), therefore we still got charged the $55 regardless, there were a lot of warnings on this, so that's on us. There were a couple of kitchen bowls with cracks, that could not be used. The theatre remain hot, regardless of the aircon and the fan did not work, however we did stay on days with 35+ degree heat. Book shelves and shelving areas were had spider webs over the items.
