This is really out of expectations. I read the reviews but when I went there it completely change what I was expecting.
The room was very clean and the staff were all amazing. The only thing was the construction nearby.
The location is a minute to the beach and is very nearby local restaurants and local business. Very close to the convention center and CVS just in the corner.
You don’t have to worry about anything.
I am definitely coming back and they also have a reward system.

Construction area at the time we stayed. We stayed for the beach and was very very close to the beach as well as Lincoln Road. It was a great location. The rooms are really cute. Please note there is a resort fee which I was not aware of. However, the resort fee does cover an umbrella and two beach chairs so that was worth it. We would stay again.

Great Stay in Miami Beach
I really enjoyed my stay at the Townhouse Hotel Miami Beach. The location is excellent within walking distance of the beach, as well as the restaurants, shops, and attractions on Lincoln Road.
The hotel offers great value, and I especially appreciated the beach amenities, including complimentary towels, chairs, and umbrellas for guests.
A special thank you to Mortadha Touzi, who provided outstanding service and made the stay even more enjoyable.
If possible, I recommend requesting a room on the 4th floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami Beach and would gladly stay here again.

The staff and the Hotel was lovely, especially the female receptionist and the lassie serving food. very friendly and informative without being intrusive The only downside was that it was next to a building site which was noisy, and busy with lorries going in and out of a lot of the time.
I don't think that's the hotels fault, but rather something Hotel.com should have warned about in the description
