About this house rental
Two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse. A convenient half-mile walk (10 mins) to Doak Campbell Stadium, FSU, and College Town. FAMU is just 2.5 miles away, and the Florida State Capitol is a mere 1.8 miles away.
Space: Approximately 1100 square feet, with ample closet space and hangers.
Bedroom 1: Includes a new king mattress and box spring, ensuring a good night's sleep. Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Includes a new queen mattress and box spring, ensuring a good night's sleep. Smart TV.
Additional Sleeping Arrangement: Couch converts into a queen bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.
Entertainment: Living room features a big screen smart TV with free WiFi for entertainment and connectivity.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses. Plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. Full-sized oven with glass cooktop.
Outdoor Amenities: Patio equipped with seating for twopeople.
Bathroom: Towels provided for both shower and pool use.
Important Parking Information:
Garage Access: The garage entrance is extremely challenging to navigate. Only midsize or smaller vehicles are permitted to be parked in the garage. No SUVs, trucks, or minivans. Any damage incurred while parking will be the Renter's responsibility.
Guest Parking Passes: To avoid parking issues, we will provide two parking passes for nearby guest spaces at no extra cost.

We were in town for my daughter’s orientation at FSU. The place was decorated nicely with FSU decor all throughout. It was close proximity to the campus. It had everything we needed for our stay and was clean. Host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend! Go Noles!!

This is becoming our go to for visits to FSU. Great location and plenty of room. Washer and dryer came in handy this trip too. Great communication with the owners - who are very nice and accommodating. We’ll be back!

Excellent VRBO property! The location is perfect - can walk to College town or any part of FSU campus. Really close to Doak if going for football. Very clean, all the necessities and then some. Nice pool right behind home. Great communication with owners who were very accommodating. Very quiet area as well. Will definitely be back.

Super clean and well appointed condo apartment. Awesome location to FSU. We were in town for the men’s volleyball tournament hosted by FSU team. Easy walk or drive to a beautiful campus.We’ll be back.
