This was the perfect rental for our family get-together. The property was clean & had all we needed, even beach items. It is a great rental for adults & especially children. The bedrooms accommodated children so that noises wouldn’t disturb them, especially the pool house bedroom. We’ve rented many properties thru VRBO in Bradenton (mostly condos). This owner was the best at responding to my emails. We would definitely rent again.

They had everything you needed from Audrey baskets to extra beach towels. The pool was great. The only on complaint I have is, they must have sprayed for bugs while we were there cause the last two days of our trip we all saw quite a few bugs. I wouldn’t leave anything that’s not in a container in the kitchen.

Overall the stay was Great! The kids and my wife and I really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor setting. We were in there everyday. The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do. Communication between the hosts and us were spot on. Anything we needed or had questions on they answered right away. Would definitely stay there again if coming back to the area. Thanks!

The house is truly amazing. It's a great option for a family as it's a little something for everyone to enjoy in the house. With that being said we did come across a few hiccups during our stay. The a/c went was out our first day, which so happened to be the warmest day of our stay. We let the host know that the thermostat didn't have any power at all. We were not offered any fans and no one came out until the next morning to look at it. The heated pool was only heated one day after numerous times of asking about the temperature. Someone who was there for the air finally looked at it. But the next day someone else came back out to clean the pool I believe (honestly not sure the reason he was there) but during that visit the temperature was turned back down. The lights around the patio either didn't work or we couldn't find the switch,we asked twice about that and didn't get a response. This made it hard to enjoy the very nice patio once the sun started to go down. We stayed 4 days and 3 of the 4 days technicians were there due to the A/c. We did not receive anything to rectify all of these inconveniences. We were offered a coupon for ice cream. I must say again how wonderful the house was my family of 11 enjoyed it and there was more than enough space. These issues could have been one offs and things do happen, we just felt the hosts could have addressed our concerns better and with more urgency.
