Located approximately 8 miles from Disney, this property is an excellent choice for families and small groups looking to stay close to Orlando’s theme parks while enjoying the comfort of a vacation home within a gated community. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are also within a convenient driving distance, making this home a great base for exploring Central Florida.
Inside, the townhouse offers renovated and comfortable spaces to relax after a full day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out, enjoy family meals, or simply keep your favorite food and drinks on hand throughout your stay.
The property also features an in-home washer and dryer, providing added convenience, especially for families and longer stays.

Great location. Enjoyed our time at this house. Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Lots of near by restaurants. We were here for few days of sports and few days of Disney, coming and going a lot so we didn’t use any of the community facilities.We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker pod side so we opened the pods and used the coffee pot side.
