Needs a refurbishment.

Very convenient location to midi station - though the area isn’t great in itself. Fantastically friendly welcome and super flexible (allowed me early check in and storage if my luggage after check out)

It’s very run down. It’s not dirt that a cleaner can fix - it’s things like dirty grout in the bathroom, cracked sink fixed with glue, the smell of damp. It’s not very nice.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment in a great location, close to Brussels-North railway station. Everything was clean and well-prepared, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind and welcoming - they personally handed us the keys and waited for us as long as needed. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again!
