The location was close to the train / airport bus station.
The beds were comfortable.
The apartment in general needs a renovation - the walls were stripped and dirty, the floor as well, the apartment looks unkempt.
The bathtub has a (particular) shape and because of that is very difficult to stand up, is very small, and very slippery.
The apartment is at the 3rd floor, and the stairs are spiral, no elevator.

Excellent transport links and proximity to Brussels Midi/Zuid station. Provides all expected amenities.
Bathtub not in a good state. Bedding was a bit dirty. The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at times but that is to be expected.
