The owner is very friendly and provides everything you need for a few days in the apartment, including all kinds of food for lunch and other supplies. You can reach the Acropolis area of Athens in 5 minutes, so you can walk everywhere. However, the street is in a different, more run-down neighborhood, which initially worried us. But just cross the street, and in 5 minutes you're in the tourist area.
The street is a bit rough, as I mentioned before. The mattress on the double bed really needs replacing; it's far too soft and leaves your back aching.

Very spacious room, all consumables we needed were provided (coffee, bathroom stuff, washing powder). Air con was great too. Windows had blackout blinds which was great for the mornings.
Shower slightly cramped, but to be fair we are fairly tall.

Appartement avec une grande pièce à vivre et un grande chambre, seul la douche est un peu petite. Très bien situé, on a fait toute nos visites à pied. Réactif au message. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner, encore un grand merci
Le bruit de la rue car cela circule beaucoup et surtout tous les matins vers 8h00 ou 8h30 les travaux dans les appartements au dessus planifiés jusqu'en juin 2027.

-Spacious and sunny living room and bedroom for 2 people.
-Well equipped bathroom and kitchen.
-fast responses
-humidity (tried to be covered by multiple aromatic scents)
-dodgy neighborhood
-noisy at night
-old furniture
-bathroom needs complete renovation, not pleasant to use it. (at least rug and curtain should be replaced) .
In general, the property needs renovation to be rented as a descent accommodation. I doubt if the owners would like to live there.
