Estadia marcada por falhas graves de acesso, falta de apoio e sensação de insegurança.

O apartamento tem dois quartos e um espaço razoável. A avaria da fechadura acabou por ser resolvida por um técnico, que substituiu as pilhas e reprogramou o sistema de acesso.

A reserva era para quatro adultos e informámos que, no primeiro dia, chegariam apenas dois. Quando as outras duas hóspedes chegaram, foram impedidas de fazer o check-in e o cadastro facial, tendo sido autorizadas a entrar apenas como visitantes e sem acesso autónomo ao condomínio. A imobiliária não respondeu em tempo útil aos nossos contactos. Noutro dia, os dois cartões deixaram de abrir a porta do apartamento. A receção começou por responsabilizar-nos, alegando que os cartões poderiam ter estado junto dos telemóveis, mas a primeira reprogramação não resolveu o problema. Só depois da segunda reclamação foi enviado um técnico, que substituiu as pilhas da fechadura e reprogramou todo o sistema. Durante uma das reclamações, uma pessoa aparentemente ligada à segurança abordou-nos de uma forma que considerámos intimidatória, fazendo-nos sentir inseguros no condomínio. Existiam ainda problemas no ar condicionado, nas tomadas do quarto e nos chuveiros das casas de banho. A assistência foi lenta e só surgiu depois de muita insistência.

Boa localização, apto com bom espaço ! Pra 3 pessoas O sofá cama , não tem como dormir ! Tava limpo e organizado!

No apto 1103 na torre 3 não tem microondas, não tem cuscuzeira, seria bom ter ferro de passar , já fiquei em outros no Beat class q tem tudo isso ! As lixeiras são pequenas e não facilita na organização( limpeza) do apto, não tem onde estender roupas , tivemos q espalhar as cadeiras na varanda pra estender as roupas .

Boa localização, apto com bom espaço ! Pra 3 pessoas O sofá cama , não tem como dormir ! Tava limpo e organizado!

Como é um apartamento temporário, era para ter detergente , papel higiênico. Pano de prato e de chao . As colchas de camas estavam velhas e muito finas . Não achei confortável
