Never again

The room is quite nice

The support is a catastrophe, there is no one who cares about your stay. You are not even allowed to bring in one guest after check-in. Therefore I had to book another hotel just to stay with someone else. When I tried to resolve my issue there was simply no response and my issues were completely ignored. Worst stay I ever had during all of my travels.
