The location was great. Kinda away from the traffic, but still only 10-15 min away from everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We didn't like that our TV didn't work and nobody seemed to care. It had dates/times on it from Jan, 2023. It also wanted to welcome David******. I called to say it had someone else's name on it, but they said it was ok. I was in the right room. So David, if you stayed here in Jan, 2023, hundreds of people have seen your name on the big screen! You're a star!

We got no breakfast and no food or drink was available on our late night arrival or in the morning except for a small coffee automatic coffee maker with no cream in the AM.
See above. Also there were no safety handles in the shower. I am elderly and it made it difficult to take a shower.

Very new and clean.
The store- not all of the items that were in the frig were available to purchase because they had not been uploaded to the computer, and they weren't allowed to put items on our bill- ie charge them to the room.
