Séjour parfait! Emplacement idéal, calme et à 5 min plage Kendwa. Chambre propre, climatisée, Tv et salle de bain top. Tout le personnel accueillant, gentil et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner complet et restaurant de l’hôtel qualitatif, très bon. Je recommande 1000%

La struttura offre una posizione ottimale a 2 passi dal mare. È, inoltre, dotata di ristorante proprio (la cui pecca è data unicamente dal fatto che sia rimasto uno dei pochi a non accettare pagamenti con il bancomat) in cui si mangia molto bene. I servizi di pulizia sono ottimali e viene effettuata quotidianamente. Lo staff è sempre gentile ed accogliente, tuttavia trovo non molto efficace la comunicazione con il signor Kome.

Il primo problema della struttura è dato dal fatto che il cancello principale sia privo di chiave (è possibile aprirlo unicamente dall’interno). La struttura chiude presto e più di una volta siamo rimasti chiusi fuori pur avvertendo lo staff dell’orario in cui avremmo avuto l’intenzione di rientrare. Il problema andava oltre perché, quando iniziavamo a telefonare per chiamare qualcuno ad aprire ci toccava aspettare anche mezz’ora prima che si presentasse qualcuno. Il maggior inconveniente si era presentato al nostro arrivo in struttura: noi siamo arrivati alle 04:00 del mattino e, pur avendo avvertito il signor Kome dell’orario d’arrivo, una volta giunti sul posto non c’era nessuno ad aprirci e siamo rimasti in strada (fortunatamente assistiti dal nostro taxista) per un’ora.

The staff is pretty attentive, a special thank you to the lovely receptionist Jocephine, who was always there for me and helped me through the couple of days that I was sick. 3. Very comfortable beds. 4. They have a generator, which literally saved the day many times, because the power goes out very often on the island.

The noise. The staff really need to get the sense of what is noisy and what isn't. They play loud music in the restorant above the rooms from 7am, and I really disliked being woken up that early while on vacation. Also they stand in front of the lower level rooms late at night or early in the morning and talk, have phone calls, shout to each other... This is perhaps the only thing, but a major one, they should work on.

Far from the beach actually. It's not really a beach front ,you have to walk for close to 14 minutes to get to the beach and the walking area seems a lot darker in the evening. Do not recommend for females walking alone due to masais stopping you on the roads. They have amazing staff though.
