The suite was spacious and clean with fully stocked kitchen and a nice view from the balcony. Check-in was smooth at the front desk reception.
We were unable to use the master shower without water leaking onto the bathroom floor due to a clogged drain for 3 of our 4 day stay. We called the evening of check-in and were told that it would be fixed the following day. Unfortunately, the issue with the drain was not resolved the 2nd day so I called again for the issue to be escalated and ultimately fixed on the 3rd day.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Theoretisch wäre man in 5 Minuten zum Strip gelaufen, wenn einen nicht die vielen Fußgängerampeln mit ewig langen Rotphasen ausbremsen würde. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Am Tor wird die Reservierung geprüft und dann kann man problemlos durchfahren. Der Check-In an der Rezeption war völlig problemlos. Das Appartment war wie auf den Bildern angegeben, sehr groß, hatte zwei Bäder und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Ein Spender für Eiswürfel ist auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Gym in Tower 3 war sehr gut ausgestattet, den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Der Weg ins MGM-Haupthaus war recht kurz. Der Balkon hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf The Sphere - davon kann man gar nicht genug sehen. Vor dem Tower gab es gleich einen Gassibereich - als Hundebesitzer fand ich das toll. (Wir hatten aber keinen Hund dabei...). Ebenfalls gab es einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl, dass eine Notfallklinik direkt über die Strasse kaum 100m vom Zimmer entfernt war. Und auch wenn es sich wiederholt - man kann gar nicht genug betonen, wie genial die Lage war.
Kleine Kritikpunkte auf hohem Niveau: Das Zimmer ist etwas mehr in die Jahre gekommen, als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Das Valet-Only-Parken ist zwar auf dem Papier kostenlos, aber wenn man ehrlich ist, erwarten die Angestellten bei jeder Bewegung einen Tip, sodass das Parken im Endeffekt dann doch ganz schön ins Geld geht. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte, würde ich kostenloses Self-Parking bevorzugen. Und die Klimaanlage war recht laut. (Aber das schreibe ich immer.... vielleicht ist meine Klimaanlage zuhause einfach sehr leise).
