AVOID AT ALL COST!! FILTHY, DINGY, DIRTY, RUDE OWNER!

Nothing is good about the property. AVOID STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY. Arrived at the property after 7 hours of long drive, with my family of 4 including two children. Very frustrated with the condition of the property and was shocked to arrive - to this bad condition place to stay, especially when we were already really tired. Firstly, the photos on Booking.com DID NOT show how the place looked in reality. I actually tried to call and speak with the property and contact them, however, they said there were away and unable to do anything (it seems like the property is managed by someone who is not based on site.). They even yell at me and was very unhappy when I raised these issues. The property is dingy and dirty and has awful smell of cigarette smoke.

1. The house was not cleaned. The floor was very dirty and toilets were filthy with strong smell of urine. There were a lot of hair in lying in the toilet. The bedrooms have a lot of rubbish under the bed. Please see photos. 2. We were even more shocked to see the oven in the kitchen with shattered glass. This is a very serious health and safety issue especially when I have 2 children. Even worse, we are not able to use this facilities due to this damage. 3. Another worse part, the bedrooms has a smell of awful cigarette smoke which is so unacceptable. This is very concerning and another serious health and safety issue as I have asthma and I cannot sleep and stay with this condition. It is very misleading and misrepresented as the property advertised that no vape and smoking is allowed. But now, I was paying for a property which has awful smell of cigarette smoke with burnt carpet (see attached photos) caused by cigarette buds. Just feels like staying in an ashtray. 4. They have also advertised there is wifi on the property. As we are staying for 5 days, we need the internet for entertainment. However, we just found out there is no wifi in the property when we checked in. We feel the advert was so misleading and misrepresented. Seems that we have been scammed - I have booked this property so I can use wifi but turned out the wifi didn’t exist. 5. They also mentioned toilet papers were provided, however, there was not a single toilet paper at all. How can we stay 4 people, for 5 days without a single roll of toilet paper! We would have brought it if they mentioned it was not provided. 6. There is also a broken door on the living area and this is unsafe. Anybody can enter the property while we are sleeping at night. When contacted the host/owner/property manager, she shouted at me when I raised the issue. I had to beg her to send someone to clean.
