The main advantage of MSPC Elegance Avenue is its location. It is very convenient, with a metro station and several bus stops nearby. We also appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage at 12 pm, even though our check-in time was 4 pm. Staying in this apartment also gave us a chance to experience Lisbon more like locals rather than tourists.
The self check-in with a key box is certainly convenient, especially for guests arriving at different times. However, the code we were sent did not work. When we arrived to leave our luggage, the apartment was still being cleaned, and the cleaner kindly gave us the correct code, which allowed us to access the keys. Personally, we prefer when someone from the property meets guests and hands over the keys in person. It feels more welcoming and human, and it also gives you a chance to ask any questions or clarify anything about the apartment upon arrival.
For a longer stay, however, there are a few things that could be improved. We were provided with only one set of towels per person, which was not really enough for our stay, and we had to wash them ourselves to have fresh ones. There were also ants in the kitchen.
The sound insulation between the apartments is quite poor - we could hear our neighbour’s television as if it were inside our own apartment. All the windows face the road, so there is quite a lot of traffic noise, even with the windows closed.
The most important issue for us, however, was the lack of timely assistance when a problem occurred. One evening we returned to the apartment and found that there was no electricity. At 6:44 pm, I contacted the property both via WhatsApp and through the Booking company app. I received an automatic message saying that they were outside business hours (9 am–6 pm). We eventually managed to solve the problem ourselves by finding the electrical fuse box, but my message was only answered the following day. This was particularly concerning because the property instructed guests to call the same number for urgent issues.
Overall, the apartment has a very convenient location, but considering the level of comfort and service, we felt that the price was rather high for what was provided.

Apartament klimatyczny, można się poczuć jak we własnym domu. Nie słychać hałasu od ulicy, niedaleko do atrakcji turystycznych, dwa kroki od restauracji, pizzerni i sklepu spożywczego. Drugie piętro, można korzystać z windy. Polecamy

The flat was comfortable and a very central location, handy for all public transport and food shops and an easy walk to the main tourist area. The flat was well equipped for most of what we needed as we cooked most evenings. Some extra sponges, an extra tea towel and some paper towels were all that was lacking.
The flat accommodated us for an extra night as our flight had to be changed at the last minute which was great but it proved difficult to arrange and it wasn’t easy to get hold of the host when necessary.
The flat had plumbing problems, the toilet leaked and there was quite a lot of mould in one of the kitchen cupboards .
If you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs especially for the night as it was quite noisy at times from other flats, renovation work and traffic.
