Comfortable apartment close to the bus station. It has everything you need for a short stay. There's a small grocery store downstairs which is convenient.

The road in front of the apartment is pretty busy and with the widows open it gets really noisy inside.

Хозяйка всегда на связи, доброжелательна. Есть хорошая стиральная машина. Душевая лейка держится в крепеже (такое бывает редко). Горячая вода есть (правда бойлер отсутствует, значит возможны отключения). Вода из ванны уходит хорошо (часто в таких квартирах бывают засоры). Кровать и подушки сносные. На окне в спальне хорошая штора, закрывает свет с улицы. Удобное бесконтактное заселение - ключ в специальном шкафчике на этаже, под кодовым замком.

Квартира сильно уставшая: окна открываются и закрываются с трудом (необходима регулировка). Не работает смеситель в раковине (хозяйка сказала, что его отключила, почему-то), а к ванне для умывания не подойти из-за установленного биде. В ванной сверху что-то периодически сыпется - какая-то грязь все время на раковине и ванне появляется. Кольцо унитаза не подходит чаше. Не горят некоторые лампочки. Нет шкафа. Нет плечиков. Нет нормальных одеял (только покрывала). Отвратительное синтетическое белье, которое прилипает к телу. Окна выходят на шумную улицу, правда есть небольшой буфер в виде расстояния метров в 50 и деревьев. Полотенца дают только 2 больших и все - по меркам восточного Казахстана в принципе и этого много). Пластиковый пакет в мусорках не застелен, а наброшен на край.
