The property is comfortable with good ID and layout. We also love the water dispenser, new fridge and there’s Netflix on tv
The bathrooms have mouldy grout at shower and sink areas and should go through thorough cleaning

Place was at a good location, the apartment was well equipped with everything from kitchen laundry even entertainment as in Netflix You Tube etc etc. Swimming pool and other facilities are available.
Only thing is the couch. It sinks down low.... getting up is really an effort......
