This apartment was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The swimming pool and roof level view were very nice. It was a good location, close to restaurants and a less touristy area. It had a washing machine as well.
We had a security deposit requested from the owner, requesting us to pay directly into an account. Once I advised that I only allow money to be transferred from within the booking.com site, the owner was prepared to allow me to enter the apartment, that I had already paid for, without the additional security deposit. The apartment had a kitchen however there was a sign within the apartment prohibiting "cooking". The TV turned on but would not work. The other disappointing feature was that the gym was not accessible to non-permanent residents, but happily the pool was accessible.
