Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. We were a family of 4 and we had a very comfy stay. Very easy to pick up the keys, we were able to drop our bags in the room prior to checkin which made a difference for us. It had everything we needed in the flat (toileteries, laundry detergent, coffee capsules, dishwashing tablets...). The customer service on whatsapp replies very quickly. Location is absolutely great and a groceries shop 20 seconds walk was super convenient. 15 minutes walk to El Retiro or to Gran Via. I researched and compared a lot of places on booking and I'm so glad i've picked Dobo!!
We would have liked having another pair of pillows as the ones provided are quite low but bed is comfy and the sofa bed was good enough for our kids. It is overall very quiet at night time, only heard some people from the bar/restaurant one night but the short noise disturbance didn't wake my children up. It's also part of the spanish experience :-)

The places is really nice, super confortable and clean. Very spacious. I was on my own but for sure it is going to be more than enough for a couple. Would recommend it.
Watch out the timing for the keys. I was late for 1 minute and the door was already closed, had to walk 4 blocks to a place to get spare keys and come back. that was not very clear from the start. There is a whole portal you got to check in which is not very user friendly.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena: respondían rápido por WhatsApp y el acceso para entrar/salir fue muy práctico y sencillo. La ubicación es excelente.
El alojamiento no fue adecuado para remote work. El internet nunca funcionó de forma estable: aunque conectaba, se caía cada pocos minutos (aprox. cada 4) y durante mi estancia no se resolvió. Además, el comedor tiene muy poca luz; parecía que la lámpara no funcionaba correctamente y fue imposible trabajar allí. Por último, tanto ventanas como puertas aíslan muy poco el sonido, y se escucha bastante ruido del exterior.
