Nous avons fait intervenir Booking Help pour relancer Click&Guest, société irrespectueuse

Bel appartement dans immeuble 3 niveaux (6 appartements au total), ascenseur, parking dans la rue ok, propre. Il faut la voiture pour faire les courses (ok). Nous avons réussi tout de même à passer la totalité de notre séjour 1 semaine dans cet appartement.

Comme c'est dommage de voir comment il est géré par "Click&Guest" : déjà rendez vous remise des clés non respecté car Click&Guest ne répond pas au client. La chasse eau des WC, fuit probablement depuis des semaines, ça se voit et personne ne vient régler le problème (facture eau !), l'assise des toilette ne tient pas ou est cassée... Beaucoup trop d'humidité rien ne sèche (serviettes, drap de bains), ainsi que murs humides, pas d'aération (ouvrir les fenêtre en mars !), manque de vaisselle

El apartamento está reformado, las camas son grandes y cómodas. Ubicación cercana a la autovía y al aeropuerto.

Los nórdicos y toallas tenían manchas. A la cocina le faltan utensilios básicos como cafetera italiana, tostadora (nos las trajeron tras pedirlas), trapos, cuchillos de mayor tamaño, escurridor de pasta... Si quieres comer/cenar en casa, vas a echar en falta utensilios. Fuimos en marzo, en un periodo frío y se echaba en falta un calefactor.
