Great location and communicative staff. Best compact bedsit/artists Garrett with all the mod cons.
The stairs. Our fault - just didn’t factor in our aging knees and didn’t ask what floor the accommodation was on nor if there was a lift.

L’emplacement pour visiter Paris
Devoir monter 5 étages dans un vieil escalier avec une grosse valise. Baignoire vétuste. Literie très moyenne car le convertible 2/3 1/3 n’est pas confortable. Le passage entre le canapé et l’armoire de 25 cm.

Great location, bed was an extensible couch (so it did not take much space) but incredibly comfortable, we had utensils in the kitchen to fix a breakfast and lunch. There was incredible space in the drawer, in the bathroom, although it was a small studio. Very well arranged and renovated.
It can't be better, since there is no place to add an elevator, but it is good to know that you have to climb MANY stairs on a very small staircase, which is hard when you have lots of luggage.
A little bit hard to get in with the application but we learned and the host helped over WhatsApp.

Únicamente la ubicación.
No es lo que figura en las fotos. Es muchas más pequeño y está mal mantenido. Estaba limpio pero las fotos no muestran las realidad.
Está muy bien ubicado pero por el precio y las instalaciones no volvería.
Demasiado caro para lo que en realidad es.
