We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early and take us straight to our room. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and warm hospitality.
The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. They promptly and happily arranged fresh towels and other items whenever we requested them.
Their kindness and excellent service made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

A modern hotel with a large room & balcony overlooking restored historic locomotive works. Lots of shops, bars & places to eat a short walk away. Central Sydney & all the sights easily accessible via Redfern station, five-minutes away on foot.

This hotel looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel is stylishly decorated. The location is excellent, with both the train and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach Central Station in just a few minutes.
The personal service from the staff is truly outstanding. I broke my ankle shortly before our arrival, and without us even having to ask, the staff offered us an adapted room. They were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They genuinely thought along with us and did everything they could to help!
