Location and room space - easy access to metro and other commute
At the reception, I noticed that the staff’s attitude varied between customers, and at times it felt a bit indifferent or judgmental, which was uncomfortable.

The general decor is cheery; the room, bed and bathroom were all clean and good with adequate lighting and the breakfast was good. I loved the fact that there is a Water Dispense available at every floor. Fire motivation mechanisms were available in each floor.
Do NOT keep plastic water bottles. It makes no sense when there is a water dispenser available in each floor. Replace that with a SS Jug please. I think the hotel is overpriced.

Location wise the hotel located near by the main road, easy to find and near by areas also good. Nice staffs here.

Rooms were modern and clean. Friendly staff and seamless check-in and checkout process. The location is good with many nearby restaurants and small shops.
Overall, the property would be great for:
- Families (I would recommend it for solo travellers as well)
- Shopping in Bangalore (The hotel is in an easy location)
The food doesn't match with the photos as shown on the room service menu. Service can sometimes take awhile as it took more than 30 minutes for an extra towel. Its better to dine out, but thankfully there's a restaurant right next to the hotel.
