Location was really nice, quiet and well located for shops and eateries, also only a shirt drive from Luss village etc.
Nothing that we didn't like, as the flat really was cosy, clean and well equipped with what we needed for our break.

The garden was pretty and well kept. Wi-Fi was very good.
Smoke alarms broken. There wasn’t one smoke alarm in the property. Portable appliances did not have labels to say they had been tested. Thus this property would not meet the rules for registration as guest accommodation in Scotland. Dogs and chairs were comfortable but old and stained under the blankets covering the seats. Rugs had clearly been vacuumed but needed replacing or a deep clean. Mattress was hard for us. The accommodation was situated very close to an extremely busy road and although it was quiet when the windows were closed, we couldn’t open them at night as it was so noisy. There wasn’t a fan in the property so it was quite an uncomfortable night for us.
