We booked on the day the stayed, we got immediate check in information and a lovely welcome email. Very responsive hosts. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
We liked everything

Everyting great. I was slightly worried because of negative reviews, but everything was just perfect. Clean room and a good mid week cleaning as well. The nighttime music was negative, but when I understood to close the sliding door between sleeping and living area, the night was very quiet.
The key system and the security was also very very convenient and feel safe.
The swimming pool was perfect, but I used that only in the morning. I migth be quite limited, if one would like to spend time there during the daytime.
