Todo, de verdad, la amabilidad del servicio (te buscan todo lo que les pidas con una eficiencia exquisita), el desayuno que te ponen y el que te hacen para llevar temprano. La habitación de lujo, con todo lo que te puedas imaginar (hasta cuenta de Netflix), nevera, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, antimosquitos grande, lavabo y ducha inmensos (con presión normal), etc. Piscina y sobre todo, la tranquilidad de poca gente.
El camino de acceso bastante bacheado y complicado de llegar si no sabes donde está.

Joy one member of the staff was really lovely, the room was decorated with taste and good materials, the room was also really clean and comfortable. All the necessary inside the room. Honestly no complaints about the inside accommodation.
The staff leaves at 8pm, so there’s no assistance available after that time. The access road to the hotel is unlit, sandy, and rocky—extremely dangerous to navigate by scooter at night. The location itself is quite isolated, with nothing around but very basic housing. The only way to get around is by renting a scooter, which isn’t ideal.
Breakfast was disappointing. One morning, we were even served moldy bread, which was far from professional. Additionally, the scooter they provided had clear mechanical issues and had not been checked beforehand. This led to a minor accident on the road, which could have been avoided with proper maintenance. Despite sharing our experience, no compensation was offered. It felt quite negligent and unsafe.
