Lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and her customer service was outstanding. Great location. I booked here last min in shibuya for World Cup.
The only thing that was problematic (which was a big one) was that the bed had a smell. I came home very tired and when I went to curl up in bed, I could smell that the bed wasn’t clean. Other than that, bathroom was good , shower was good.

The location was excellent right in the heart of Shibuya and within walking distance to the famous Shibuya Crossing.
There are plenty of small izakayas, restaurants, convenience stores and bars nearby, so the area always felt lively and convenient.
Even though it is a love hotel, it still had most of the facilities and comfort you would expect from a regular hotel. The staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The check-in and check-out times are a bit different compared to normal hotels but it actually worked perfectly with our travel plans.
We stayed here for two nights before leaving Japan because we wanted to enjoy the city one last time while still having easy train access to Haneda Airport. I would definitely stay here again for a short Tokyo city stop.
The check-in time may not suit everyone, especially travelers arriving early. Since it is a love hotel, the atmosphere and setup might also feel unusual for some guests who are expecting a standard hotel experience. However, for us it was actually a great experience.
