La struttura è davvero molto bella, con una piscina veramente molto grande e comoda. La posizione è ottima perché si trova vicino la via principale dove ci sono i vari ristoranti e bar ed è anche molto vicina al mare. Il personale è molto gentile, lo chef è molto bravo e abbiamo avuto modo di fare colazione e cenare e devo dire che ogni volta abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene. La cena in genere è a base di pesce e verdure, sempre tutto freschissimo e preparato al momento. Le stanze sono comode ed accoglienti, alcune leggermente piccole ed è per questo che do 9 su 10 ma comunque è una piccolezza. Complimenti soprattutto a Lilian, sempre gentile e disponibile. Veramente una bravissima ragazza che gestisce la struttura in modo eccellente. Consiglio a chiunque si trovi a Watamu e cerchi un ambiente familiare ed intimo, senza la folla tipica dei resort.

Struttura meravigliosa! Il personale ci ha accolto da subito con affetto ed educazione, si sono messi a disposizione dandoci le prime indicazioni per poterci muovere agilmente e Charles, il gestore, ci ha anche accompagnati a piedi al ristorante più vicino per poter mangiare qualcosa a pranzo quando siamo arrivati. Ogni esigenza trovava subito risposta. La pulizia è sempre al top, non vedi mai nessuno riposare se in casa c'è qualcosa da fare. Abbiamo approfittato anche della presenza dello chef, le cui colazioni erano spaziali, per assaporare una cena con cibi tipici del luogo. Se mai torneremo a Watamu, è qui che alloggeremo nuovamente.

Charles was so friendly and ready to help at a moments notice
The house was really beautiful and spacious. The other staff were also very very kind...great hospitality
The level of cleanliness
The mosquito net looked like it hadn't been washed for months. They were full of dust and so were the curtain sheers.
On entering the room we found used bed sheets which had a certain musky smell. They were changed immediately we asked though.
The mattress was very worn out and had a blood stain in the middle. I would have wished to extend my stay but the level of cleanliness is what made us leave early.
Very little parking space...wondered how they manage during peak season. The shower area was small and kept flooding...the water wouldn't go down the drain easily. Room did not look anything like the pics. Seems like that is the least used room at the property. Needs proper maintenance.
