Absolutely everything! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The house was spacious and comfortable with ducted air conditioning . There was an outdoor BBQ and pizza oven and laundry with an additional toilet. There was also an outdoor shower - very handy when using the very clean pool. You were able to walk out the back gate to a great walking track along Tuggerah Lake. Communication with Ian was excellent. Gifts of wine and chips were a lovely add on.

Beautiful and comfortable property for a large family with teens and pre-teens. Location was perfect beside the lake, access to shops close by and little
