Location was perfect for London. Very near to Angel Tube Station - about 5 minute walking distance. Very close to independent and chain restaurants, bars and shops which was convenient. I stayed over on a Saturday night and when I checked out at 10am on the Sunday, I had the lovely surprise of a a large and yummy farmers' market right outside the flat front door. I would definitely stay at this location again when visiting London. The tv with all the usual apps was a bonus when returning to the flat in-between activities.
The apartment is small (one room), and would probably feel a bit cramped if staying as a couple. The shower room was tiny, although worked perfectly well - I needed to let the water run a few extra seconds for the flow to get going. My main dislike was the overall cleanliness of the apartment which wasn't great considering that paid cleaners come in to clean. The shower mat outside the cubicle was still damp from previous use and that gave me the ick. I couldn't bring myself to stand on it when going in and out of the shower. There was a smell from the pipes in the shower room too. My studio was on the third floor with stair access only. This wasn't an issue for me as I had only an overnight rucksack bag, but could be problematic for anyone with a big bag or suitcase or with fitness/mobility issues.

Shower door & microwave looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth which had left a “film” on the surface- wasn’t an issue for us as we were only there for a night and didn’t need to use either

It is a nice location and the mattress is comfortable. The room also has a small kitchen and a fridge and a microwave and TV is also in.
The bedsheets were not changed and were very dirty from the previous guest when we arrived. Luckily they had a laundry room and we could eventually change the sheets ourselves. However, this has never happened to us in any other accommodation that we have been so far so this we found really disturbing. We also had to clean the floor ourselves. What makes it worse is that they put the clean towels on the bed with dirty sheets.
