Tivemos uma ótima experiência com essa estadia. A hospedagem fica muito bem localizada, facil de ir caminhando a restaurantes, mercados, lojas, praia e os pontos de encontro para passeios. Todas as regras e restrições da casa foram bem avisadas com antecedencia para não causar nenhum desconforto. Fomos muito bem atendidos após termos problema com nosso voo e chegarmos depois do horário combinado de checkin. O quarto é pequeno, mas está muito bom pelo preço oferecido.
Não há reclamações, a propriedade cumpre o que promete. Não ter água quente é o normal da ilha e não faz falta.

Excelente ubicación, está cerca de absolutamente todo: playa, centro, lugares de comida, etc. La atención de Marisol también fue muy buena, gran recibimiento, atenta a las necesidades que puedan surgir. En cuanto a las instalaciones del lugar: 10/10. Buen wi-fi, tv y tanto el aire acondicionado como el ventilador que había en la habitación funcionaron muy bien. Me llevo una gran experiencia!

Although a bit challenging to find, the location is exceptional, as all of the necessities (beach, Western Union, banks, laundry, grocery stores & restaurants) are witin 10 minutes walk. The airport is 15 minutes direct route by foot. Marisol was wonderfully understanding, informative, as well as helpful and her guidance made navigating San Andres infinitely better. As divers, we value function and security, and the systems in place meant everything worked for us and multiple layers of security gave us peace of mind. The internal courtyard was a good place to get away from the urban hustle and bustle.
Balanced with the security needs, perhaps an external door code system would make check-in easier. --Be aware some rooms don't have windows (+/- security) & that the air conditioning is only available in the evening through early morning (there is a fan). --The internal courtyard garden could be a bit tidier (perhaps it was because of renovation work going on).
